The required security standard is encryption at rest for Xero access credentials and refresh tokens. Implementation verification is required before this is presented as an independently verified control.
Invecho’s data-handling standard is to retain only the accounting information necessary to provide the service, including relevant invoices, balances and customer contact information.
The marketing site and application must use HTTPS to protect data in transit. Production hosting configuration should be verified before launch.
The application uses protected user authentication. Organisation-level authorisation must restrict every data request to the organisation the user is permitted to access.
One Invecho organisation must not be able to access another organisation’s information. Isolation of application records, background jobs and connected Xero data requires verification before launch.
Invecho subscription billing is processed through Stripe. Invecho does not need to store customer card numbers.
Invoice payments do not pass through Invecho. Your customers continue using your existing invoice payment methods, and Xero remains the source of truth for payment status.
Let Invecho handle your overdue invoice follow-up.
