No. Every paid plan includes Invecho’s core invoice-chasing and reply-handling features. Plans differ by SMS allowance and overage rate.
What happens if I exceed my SMS allowance?+
Additional outbound SMS are billed at the overage rate for your plan. Longer messages may use multiple SMS segments.
Does Invecho take a percentage of payments?+
No. You pay your subscription and applicable SMS overages. Invecho does not take a percentage of invoices collected.
Does Invecho receive customer payments?+
No. Customers continue paying your business through your existing invoice payment methods.
Does Invecho replace Xero?+
No. Xero remains the source of truth for invoices, outstanding balances and payment status.
Can customers reply to SMS messages?+
Yes. Customers can reply naturally. Invecho interprets common replies and applies predefined automation rules.
Is there a contract?+
